Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.
It was My first relocation, and these guys made it memorable. I've saved their number as top-notch movers on my phone. The whole shift was done smoothly and without any single hitch.
The crew was a little late on the day of the move, but I appreciated their honesty when they called me up to inform me of the reason. But what impressed me further was that they got to work the moment they arrived and even stayed behind an hour later to make up for the time lost. I’m glad I hired such mindful movers!
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
Their knowledge of how to safely transport pianos is second to none, and I couldn't be happier that I hired them to transport my piano across town.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
United Express Moving & Storage movers were fantastic. They took great care of my special things, like my appliances and fragile dishes, even making custom crates for them. They used special tools to move them without any risk of damage. Even when the weather was bad, they stayed cool and calm and made sure nothing got wet or ruined. They were awesome from beginning to end and they worked hard and fast. They were very respectful and treated my things as if they were their own. I was very happy with their service and I would use them again in a heartbeat!
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
