Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.
We appreciate the opportunity to move and were pleased with the way everything was wrapped, move, and unloaded by United Express Moving & Storage. I have used them twice and have been very satisfied both times.
The movers were incredible. Thanks to their lightning speed and tremendous strength, they finished quickly. We will hire them again for a future move because they communicate well. It was a fantastic event.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
We wanted to let you know how much we appreciated working with you during our recent move from TX to NJ. Not only were you prompt, thorough, and accurate in your aid to us, but you were also very friendly and flexible.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
Nothing was lost, stolen, or damaged during my move with United Express Moving & Storage, and Brandon checked in with me to make sure everything was fine. They deserve all appreciation.
I've never had a better company than United Express Moving & Storage. What a good one. In a place like TX, where individuals will only assist you if you pay them financially. In many ways, having United Express Moving & Storage assist me astounded me. Brandon came over to assess how much of my belongings needed to be packed and how many cartons and other items would be needed, and he had the ideal estimate.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
