Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
I had a lot of heavy stuff, but the movers made it look easy. Working together, they expertly maneuvered my large sectional into tight spots without a scratch. They stuffed the car to capacity like experts, making good use of all the available space. They moved quickly to the new house, unloaded everything, and even arranged the furniture in my living room according to my wishes.
I would not advise anyone to use this moving business. The service was useless, and the movers were hours late. They carelessly tossed my possessions into the vehicle, causing serious damage. They were really disrespectful when I attempted to resolve the matter, and they declined to provide any sort of reimbursement. It is clear that a large number of the positive ratings are fraudulent, intended to conceal the business's dubious activities. Using phony five-star reviews to defraud customers while offering poor service is a classic illustration of how dishonest companies operate.
I cannot say enough good things about them. They were well-trained and easily dismantled my heavy furniture. They packed each piece with care and delivered it in great condition to my condo in NY. Bravo to them!
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
This company is a complete scam. They are not actually a moving company and do not provide any actual services for you. They are not accredited by the BBB and are not licensed movers. They will try to lure you in with prices that are well below other moving companies and even lower than renting a uhaul and doing everything yourself. They say you must put down a deposit to set the moving date and pay the rest when moving gets started. Then later they tell you that a different company will be doing the actual moving which was not stated ahead of time and that company only accepts cash, money orders, zelle, cash app, or wire transfers. They do not accept credit cards. This moving company also is not licensed or accredited with the BBB. Then if you try to cancel they do not refund your deposit even though no services have been delivered at any point. They will lie to you and mislead you and do everything in their power to get your money, but will never send a refund. Save yourself the headache and find a company with a credible history!!
The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.
DON'T USE UNITED EXPRESS!!! I had an absolutely terrible experience with United Express Moving and Storage, Florida. They charged me $1,000 upfront and didn’t do anything they promised! They left my belongings stranded, and when I tried to contact them, their customer service was non-existent and incredibly rude. It’s clear this company has no integrity or professionalism. I feel completely scammed and regret ever trusting them with my move. Avoid this company at all costs—they are nothing but frauds. They will take your money and leave you in a worse situation than you started! On top of that, they closed my access to my contract through their website, leaving me completely in the dark with no way to resolve the issue.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
