United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

This guys are pros.

I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.

The rest of the move was completed, but this issue affected my overall impression of the service.

One of the fragile household items was damaged during the relocation. I was disappointed because I expected delicate belongings to receive additional protection. The rest of the move was completed, but this issue affected my overall impression of the service.

We are extremely pleased with it!

We made 2 trips, first to drop off furniture and décor at a storage unit and second to move into our new apartment. It was all planned out for the crew. They arranged the truck so that it would be easy to unload at every stop. It was a single trip that made it all come together, and no item was lost. We are extremely pleased with it!

Overall, the relocation went smoothly.

The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.

The delivery and unloading went smoothly.

The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.

Trust me this company is terrible !!

The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.

Royal Treatment.

I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!

They also grouped boxes into separate boxes for each room.

We relocated from our small 2-bedroom house to another [Distance] away. The movers have safeguarded the mattresses, sofas, appliances and wooden furniture before loading them. They also grouped boxes into separate boxes for each room.
