United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

Overall, the relocation went smoothly.

The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.

Royal Treatment.

We needed help on short notice, and Timothy stepped in and made it work. The attitude and commitment shown were genuinely appreciated.

Moving Made Easy

Selecting this team was a good choice for my house move. The men handled my mirrors and glass shelves with a lot of caution. The overall experience felt simple and easy to manage.

Happy to Hire them

Before I booked the move, I had seen their name mentioned online in a group. I wasn’t expecting much, but I ended up being glad I gave them a shot. The team didn’t overcomplicate anything. I told them what needed to be moved, and they just got to it. There were no delays and no issues about the items I added at the last minute. Each thing arrived in one trip, which saved me time.

Couldn't have gone better.

I decided to move out of the state as my lease ends, and these guys helped me with the last-minute move. They showed up on schedule and worked until the apartment was totally clear of boxes.

They carefully wrapped all our furniture

My brothers and I want to say thanks for the hard work you put in during our move. Carl and the team stayed focused and finished the job in just a few hours. We really appreciate the help today.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

HORRIBLE.

I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.

The delivery and unloading went smoothly.

The movers did a great job keeping the relocation on track. They used proper care with bulky furniture and made sure smaller boxes stayed organized. The delivery and unloading went smoothly.
