The team assisted me with all the desks, monitors, chairs and boxes until my office moved. They separated the electronics and wrapped up the screens accordingly. There was a minor problem: a couple of cables were mixed in with another box. We found them all later. The transfer was made without a hitch.

Royal Treatment.

I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!

Brave Movers.

I had a washer, dryer and a heavy cabinet I was concerned about moving. The movers had the appropriate moving appliances and equipment and did not drag or push the appliances. They verified doorways and covered corners, and they transferred each object carefully, using the team approach. There was no damage to any doors or windows, and there were no floor damage issues.

United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

This guys are pros.

I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.

Worst move ever.

The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
