Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
I had an outstanding experience with United Express Moving & Storage. My move manager, Andrew, offered a detailed moving checklist that helped me stay organized throughout the process. The moving team was also efficient and delivered everything in one piece. I couldn't have asked for more!
What an outstanding performance by the squad. Over the course of the day, they remained in constant communication and were very careful to secure our furnishings. They hurriedly went in and out. I strongly support United Express Moving & Storage.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
United Express Moving & Storage is second to none! Moving from a 2-bedroom house to a smaller unit made me anxious about making a place for all my belongings. The movers were quite patient. 5/5 !
We hired United Express Moving & Storage to help us move to a new flat last month. It took less than two hours to move from a small one-bedroom to a bigger two-bedroom, and that doesn't count the time it took to take apart and put back together the furniture. It is amazing that no furniture or boxes were destroyed at all.
Knowing how challenging a move may be, we hired United Express Moving & Storage to handle our relocation. Brandon and his crew were fantastic; they were highly skilled and careful with our belongings. Endorsing United Express Moving & Storage is something I can do with confidence. I appreciate it very much.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
I've never dealt with better movers than these! They took great care when packing my belongings and ensured the vehicle was safe. They were also genuinely kind men who tried their best to complete in few hours.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
