Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
10/10 experience! Despite having my relocation dates rescheduled twice, the movers provided incomparable service. They adjusted to my availability happily and ensured I had a relaxing experience. I couldn’t be more grateful to them!
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
Professionalism, care, and thoroughness characterized the movers. The workers were very articulate. Best regards! Even though we only received a small number of boxes, they arrived on time and in good condition, so my belongings are still on their way.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
Because of how effectively they packed, I was able to save a tonne of time and effort. I could focus on other aspects of the relocation while they took care of everything.
They recently assisted me with my relocation, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. The representative I worked with was Carl, who consistently demonstrated professionalism, politeness, and friendliness. Despite the delay in returning our belongings as we searched for a new residence, the overall experience was positive.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
