Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
Despite all the challenges with time and space and being overworked, they kept a positive attitude. They packed my cups, glasses, and stemware in a box lined with packing paper and cushioned everything with crumpled paper – a total game-changer!
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Andrew and Carl came through for us when our previous moving company couldn’t. Brandon responded quickly to our inquiries, provided clear and fair pricing, and followed up with us before and after the move. He was professional and courteous, instilling confidence in his company.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
The crew provided invaluable service indeed! Everything was packed, shipped, and put in its new spot with care. From kitchen gadgets to bedroom stuff, clothes, and even drawers, they took care of it all. We can't recommend them enough!
Brandon team worked diligently and didn’t waste any time during our hourly-rate move. They were transparent, honest, and provided a receipt and warranty as promised. We tipped them generously for their professionalism and hard work. They truly earned every cent and then some.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
