My first experience with them exceeded my expectations. They meticulously wrapped my furniture, electronics and kitchenware and even assisted with unpacking after delivery. I am grateful beyond measure to them!
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
I hired their movers for an urgent pickup and delivery and their staff accommodated me happily. The crew picked up my furniture from a storage unit in FL and delivered it safely within few hours. I absolutely loved the quick service!
So many extra fees and poor planning would never recommend worse then just doing the labor yourself couldn't even get ahold of any higher ups to fix this
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
I have nothing but praise for this company! The movers worked with complete focus despite the cold weather. And I was amazed at how they managed to finish it all within the quoted time of 3 days. I will hire them again for sure!
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
