Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
Wow, these movers were amazing! Carl and Brandon were like a dynamic duo, moving my furniture like it was featherweight. They even helped me pack up my kitchen stuff and neatly wrapped up all my dishes in paper and bubble wrap. They were very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and giving me some tips on how to unpack. I’m so glad I hired them - they made my move so much easier and stress-free.
Andrew crew did an outstanding job moving our large items, especially the hot tub and patio furniture. They packed them all with strong padding and blankets - ensuring no spot was left exposed. We were over the moon when we received them intact!
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
The movers worked really hard to get us settled into our new place in NM quickly. No scratches or marks on our furniture or the place. Based on our past moving experiences, we highly recommend their services!
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
When I hired United Express Moving & Storage for my big move, I expected good service. What I got was above and beyond. They showed up right on time, kept me updated during the trip, and even helped set up my furniture at the new place. They didn't just drop off my stuff and bounce; they made sure everything was just how I wanted it. United Express Moving & Storage makes moving feel like a piece of cake.
What a fast-moving team! Brandon and the gang moved my leather couch and got it up the stairs into my new place in FL without any problems. The customer service was great, and I'll definitely use them again.
