Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Andrew and the team did an excellent job transporting my grand piano and cello in great shape to my studio apartment in TX. They used sturdy packing materials, thanks to which everything arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely hire them again!
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
During scheduling, Jack provided me with a comprehensive explanation of the hourly rate and other price data, which I found helpful. Before I signed the agreement, he made sure I was informed about it. Many thanks!
I was blown away by my move with United Express Moving & Storage. The team arrived with a big truck and plenty of muscle to load up my bulky sofa bed and king-size mattress. They wrapped everything up securely and fastened it with straps for a safe trip. I felt like my stuff was well-protected the whole way.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
Really grateful to my move manager, Andrew, for giving me a tracking link which monitored the progress of the move in real time. It was a very responsible move on his part and it kept me stress-free as well since it was a cross-country move. Very thankful to him!
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
