Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
We were forced out of an apartment complex on the fourth floor whose elevator was broken. A complete nightmare scenario, but no complaints from the crew. They transported all of the materials to the ground rapidly and safely. They need a big salary increase!
We had collected a lot of household goods, exercise equipment, bookshelves, patio furniture and dozens of boxes of storage. The movers took every care to ensure that every item was handled properly and that everything remained in order. They were in a good mood, and the move was generally fun. I highly recommend their services.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
Very satisfied with the service we got from the customers. The team was very courteous, diligent and informed us about the entire move process. All work was completed according to schedule. Five-star service.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Downsizing can be difficult, but this company made the process much easier. They packed everything securely, labeled the boxes, and kept everything organized from start to finish. I had a very positive experience.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
