Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
David and team were very patient, kind, and helpful from start to finish. Unfortunately, I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and they were nothing but accommodating. They are even going to refund me. I can’t name a single place that would do that. I will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend it!!
We anticipated a stressful moving day, but the crew made it look easy. With their hilarious sense of humor, they managed to keep me in fits of laughter the whole time. By day's end, I almost did not want them to leave.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
The remarkable expertise of Andrew and Brandon was evident during our transition from urban to rural areas. Their service maintains a high level of quality while still providing reasonable rates. I heartily recommend using their services!
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
Terrible moving company, they tried to double the price after we signed the contract. Kept changing the moving date. And once they finally came over to pick up our stuff they had a small truck already half full and our pretty big storage was filled to the brim. The guys didn’t speak English or Spanish so we couldn’t communicate with them but after paying them $500 more dollars they left without taking our stuff. Just pick a different company or do it yourself.
The movers took the time to arrange my bookshelf and wardrobe just like it was before. They used a toolkit for minor repairs, fixing a loose doorknob without being asked. They also provided me with tips on the best layout for my furniture in the new space. After the move, the company sent a handyman to help with mounting the TV and hanging pictures. They provided a detailed guide on how to best maintain the furniture after the move. A week later, they called to check if everything was still in place and offered additional support if needed.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
