Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
Above and beyond service! We were so awestruck with this moving company's customer service! Brandon was very patient and answered all our questions thoroughly. The movers, a friendly team, were always willing to go the extra mile. They helped us disassemble furniture, reconnect appliances, and mounted our TV in the new living room. Their willingness to help made a huge difference in reducing our moving day stress.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
We got screwed on the price. Last minute as they came to load our stuff on the truck they Jack the price up $5,000. So we went from 8,000 to 13,000 to move our stuff they screwed us we had sold our house we had to get out and they put us in a bad spot to do it
Their system is impressive. All boxes received unique numbers as part of their detailed record system. The process of unpacking ran smoothly because everything was correctly placed during the move.
Upon arrival, they followed a checklist. The team used antistatic material to cover my gaming gear, speakers, and TV. Brandon protected my mattress and loaded my bookshelf onto the truck first to prevent pressure. They clearly labeled my rice cooker and utensils.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
When I talked to the company reps on the phone they sounded like honest John's. That's where the sweet talk ended. My price changed 3 times . Didn't figure out how much stuff I had actually. Changed my delivery date and I couldn't get a new delivery date . On top of no delivery date several of my items were broken.
They handled all of my possessions with extreme care, meticulously wrapping and packing everything to prevent harm. They were equally thorough and meticulous when unloading and unpacking at my new home once we got there.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
