The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
I moved out of a house I'd lived in for over a decade. I had more things than I realized, and sorting through them all was overwhelming. The movers didn't make me feel rushed, and they helped pack the things I couldn't get to in time. I appreciated their patience more than I can explain. It turned what could've been a disaster into a manageable experience.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.

They were kind, paid attention to the little things, and made the whole day easier than I expected. I didn't feel rushed once.
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
I was helping my brother move into his first place, and we only had a few pieces of furniture, but still needed a reliable team. The movers didn’t treat it like a small job. They wrapped the couch and desk, secured everything properly, and got us unloaded fast. There was nothing damaged, and they were friendly throughout. Great experience all around.
