I would absolutely use them again!

My cousin and I shared a ONE-bedroom place and split up after five years of living together. We had mixed furniture, shared appliances, and different drop-off addresses. I thought it would be a mess to coordinate, but the movers handled it with zero issues. They asked clear questions, labeled everything, and made sure the right things ended up in the right place.

Smoothest move ever!

Our long-distance relocation included a full-size pool table, which is the biggest headache. The movers disassembled it carefully, labeled the parts, and wrapped the felt so it wouldn’t crease. After carrying it inside, they reassembled it until it was level and ready for use. It felt like we had simply moved the game from one room to another.

This guys are pros.

I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.

Terrible Service.

Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Exceptional service

I needed help moving a fully equipped home office, including dual monitors, a standing desk, and a bunch of cables I forgot to organize. I expected chaos, but the movers took the time to pack everything securely, even labeled some cords so I wouldn't get confused later. That kind of attention to detail made unpacking on the other end a breeze. It was honestly better than I hoped for.

Trust me this company is terrible !!

The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.

Wow, these guys are great; thanks a lot!

We had to relocate my grandmother’s upright organ to our living room. The movers padded it heavily and strapped it securely before taking it outside. They navigated the front steps slowly so nothing jolted. After it was positioned near the window, I pressed a few keys and heard the same perfect tone, proving it survived the move completely unharmed.

United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

HORRIBLE.

I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
