Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
I relocated from one place to the other, bringing only my essentials, no furniture, just personal items, a mattress, and tech gear. It wasn’t a big job, but I still wanted it done right. United Express Moving & Storage took it seriously. Brandon stayed in contact and made sure the few things I had were treated like they mattered. I appreciated the attention, even for a lighter move.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I had no clue where to even start packing, but they came with supplies and just got on with it. Felt like a weight off my shoulders, honestly.
I had a storage unit full of boxes and furniture. The movers loaded everything quickly, stacked the truck neatly, and brought it all to my apartment. It was smooth from start to finish.
My move involved a lot of fragile glass items from my shop. I told the movers ahead of time, and they came with plenty of packing paper and blankets. Every glass vase and lamp was wrapped individually and stacked in the truck with space between them. At the new store, not one thing was cracked. They asked where each shelf should go and helped me set them up.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
