Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
The movers worked together efficiently and maintained a steady pace throughout the relocation. They protected the furniture before loading and handled the boxes responsibly. Once they reached the new house, everything was unloaded carefully and placed where needed.
I was a long drive away, so I was more concerned that there would be no issues during transport. Furniture was well tied down and boxes were secure. Everything was loaded smoothly when we reached there.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
The moving crew handled the home relocation in an organized and careful manner. They protected the furniture before loading and treated the household boxes responsibly. The team worked efficiently throughout the day, and the unloading was completed neatly at the new house.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I liked that they weren't rushed to finish quickly, but with the delicate elements. They handled all fragile items individually and stored them safely.
The in-state move we made was a rental-to-home move to the next city where we purchased our home. They all loaded into the truck, drove for 3 hours and unloaded immediately. We highly recommend them!
The moving crew was professional from beginning to end. The United Express Moving And Storage staff was very efficient and managed the loading area. They asked us where all the items were at the new place and helped us install the primary furniture items.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
