Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
My move was small but heavy. A washer, dryer, two dressers, and a solid wood bed. The crew came in and measured the door first. They took the legs off the bed. They wrapped the corners. United Express Moving & Storage handled the tight hallway without scraping the walls.
Solid 5 stars from me. I moved my backyard setup into storage. A grill, patio chairs, umbrellas, and planters. The movers wrapped the grill and tied everything down. They stacked chairs without scratching them. When I checked later, nothing was shifted. I would recommend them to anyone moving outdoor items.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
A squat rack, plates, a bench, and mats. The movers broke down the rack carefully. Bolts went into labeled bags. Plates were stacked safely. They carried the bench without dragging it. At the new place, they reassembled everything correctly.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
When the movers arrived, they requested an extra cost per flight, even though they had never mentioned any more steps in the quotation. I was forced to pay the unexpected fee if I wanted my relocation finished. Really dishonest.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
