We moved our family home last week, and I couldn’t have asked for better help. The movers stayed patient, handled our belongings carefully, and finished earlier than expected. They asked where to set things before leaving.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
My parents recently shifted to a smaller house, and this team handled it for them. They arrived early, listened to instructions, and completed the job just as planned.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I needed to transport a large, delicate mirror across the state. I was worried it would break in a regular truck. They brought a vehicle with air-ride suspension to minimize vibrations. The mirror was packed expertly and arrived without a flaw. I was incredibly impressed with their specialized approach.
I needed to get some very heavy equipment out of my. I didn't know how I was going to do it. These two guys handled it like it was nothing. They knew exactly how to maneuver the items without damaging my walls or the floor.

His team was incredibly efficient with the freight elevator, and we finished within our allotted window without any issues. Highly recommend them.
