Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
We needed the entire floor cleared over the weekend. I thought it would stretch into Monday, but they finished the move on Sunday night. I didn’t expect it to be this smooth on such short notice.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
Our move involved a lot of fragile kitchen items and some very expensive lamps. The team wrapped every piece individually and secured them in a safe corner of the truck. I was very relieved to find everything in perfect condition when we started unpacking later that night. It was a very solid job by a group of professionals who clearly take pride in their daily work.
Before I booked the move, I had seen their name mentioned online in a group. I wasn’t expecting much, but I ended up being glad I gave them a shot. The team didn’t overcomplicate anything. I told them what needed to be moved, and they just got to it. There were no delays and no issues about the items I added at the last minute. Each thing arrived in one trip, which saved me time.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
