Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
My move was scheduled during a rainstorm. I had a crib, stroller, and nursery items. The crew brought an extra wrap without me asking. Floors were covered in both places. The crib was taken apart and labeled. Boxes stayed dry the whole time. They even wiped wheels before entering the new home.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
Found United Express Moving & Storage online, and they did a fantastic job with my last-minute move. They managed to fit my oversized sofa through the front door without any trouble. I was really impressed with how they handled the heavy lifting.
Solid 5 stars from me. I moved from a rented house into a new place. The move included a piano bench, large rugs, and a lot of garage items. The crew walked through the house first and asked how I wanted the garage sorted. That helped later. They loaded heavier items first and balanced the truck well. I was able to find everything easily once they left.
I had to move across the state because I got a new job last month. I was worried about my computer setup and all my tech gear getting banged up during the drive. The guys were helpful and made sure the monitors were tucked in safely. They didn't hit any walls or scrape the floor while they were carrying the bins out. It was a simple process.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
