They are cheap and highly suggested.

United Express Moving & Storage did an excellent job with our recent move. The team they provided was professional and punctual. The cost matched our expectations and was quite reasonable. We had a few last-minute changes that worried us, but they handled them perfectly. We will recommend them to friends and family and use them again if we need to move in the future.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

My hats off to you!

The entire process was perfect, beginning with the quick quote and ending with the follow-up to ensure everything went according to plan. They appeared really concerned about doing a good job.

Trust me this company is terrible !!

The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.

Exceeded our expectations

Seems like these pals know their stuff; I was wondering if I'd ever be able to safely deliver my artwork into my new gallery, and guess what? Andrew with his crew came in like bosses and rocked my world. These fellas know everything about shifting; nothing is impossible for them.

HORRIBLE.

I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.

United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

Terrible Service.

Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

This guys are pros.

I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.

Thanks guys. You are awesome.

The safety of my belongings was truly remarkable. Not a single item suffered any damage during the entire process, which is a testament to their skills and diligence.
