Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
I just moved to a new place to find new business opportunities. Because of this, I asked United Express Moving & Storage to help me plan my long move. They helped me get in touch with an expert who went over all the details with me and was generally nice.
Carl and his team were great to work with, and they moved our furniture quickly and efficiently. Extremely prompt and helpful in meeting all of our needs. This bunch of young men comes highly recommended by us for your upcoming endeavor. You should check this out.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
United Express Moving & Storage crew was very punctual, kind, friendly, and professional. They made moving stress-free and enjoyable by removing it!
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
My United Express Moving & Storage big item storage came to the rescue of my furniture throughout the relocation. Their spacious storage lockers were perfect for stowing my bulky furniture.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
