Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Brandon is the best! Ask for them if you can. Best moving experience, I will recommend you to all my friends and relatives. overall!
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
The yard at the new home wasn't as convenient for the truck to maneuver in and out of as we had hoped, thus a bit more walking for the movers. However, they did not complain and made the move anyway. Friendly and helpful guys!
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
The entire process was smooth and well organized. The staff communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything went according to plan. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
Moving into a new apartment building was not as smooth as I wanted as their elevator was slow, but their movers did a fine job of it. They remained focused and organized around the limitations of the building and didn't get frustrated. Sublime Experience!
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.

I liked how they stayed focused the entire time. There was no unnecessary stopping, and the work kept moving at a good pace.
