Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Brandon team worked diligently and didn’t waste any time during our hourly-rate move. They were transparent, honest, and provided a receipt and warranty as promised. We tipped them generously for their professionalism and hard work. They truly earned every cent and then some.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
Andrew and his crew were the perfect fit for our move. They balanced professionalism with a friendly touch just right. They guided us through a tough move with speed and positive vibes. Always cheerful, polite, and respectful. They made us feel at ease and confident. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a top-notch moving service.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I had a superb experience with them during my recent interstate move. They were not only on time and courteous but also incredibly gentle with my delicate glassware. I wholeheartedly endorse their services.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
This moving service was a real lifesaver when I had to move from FL to NJ. The movers were efficient, professional, and more than that. Given the distance between the two places, all the items were received in perfect condition. Their customer service was outstanding, and I was very much content with the services offered.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
