I had a wonderful experience with this moving company. They were careful with all my belongings, from appliances to my bed frame. They packed everything well and made sure nothing was damaged during the move.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
When I hired United Express Moving & Storage for my big move, I expected good service. What I got was above and beyond. They showed up right on time, kept me updated during the trip, and even helped set up my furniture at the new place. They didn't just drop off my stuff and bounce; they made sure everything was just how I wanted it. United Express Moving & Storage makes moving feel like a piece of cake.
Brandon and Andrew were like heroes, lifting all my heavy stuff without any trouble. They even helped me pack up my clothes and shoes, using their own wardrobe boxes. They were very strong and helpful with everything.
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
