Really grateful to my move manager, Andrew, for giving me a tracking link which monitored the progress of the move in real time. It was a very responsible move on his part and it kept me stress-free as well since it was a cross-country move. Very thankful to him!
they picked up my stuff on a friday and it took them over 10 days just to let me know i was going to be delayed again... stated my stuff was going to be delivered on one day and that date changed times.... they say they never have a supervisor and they change the initial script after they dont even know what to tell you... eventually im here day 25 and my things are still not delivered
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
I cannot say enough good things about United Express Moving & Storage. I hired their movers on short notice and their staff didn’t hesitate to accommodate my request. On moving day, the crew arrived at time and immediately began working. They had all my valuables packed in less than a day and delivered them in great condition to my apartment in TX too. I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again!

I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
Carl and the crew took care of our office relocation, and they were superb at handling all our sensitive equipment and documents with the utmost care. They had the necessary tools (dollies and trailers) to move heavy office furniture and ensured that our computers and servers were packed securely. The move was completed within 4 days, and everything was delivered in impeccable condition. Great job!
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
