Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
The United Express Moving & Storage crew was really careful with my belongings. They carried each box as if it were filled with gold! They also double-checked doorways and tight corners to make sure nothing bumped or scraped. Then the crew hustled to get everything off the truck efficiently but cautiously. They brought in each box one by one, placing them exactly where I requested. They helped me carry some heavier items to specific rooms. Once everything was unloaded, they carefully unwrapped the furniture and reassembled it.
The movers got my kitchen and cabinets ready the day after we moved from NV to SC, even though I was sick during the move. When they packed my old house, it was clear that they paid attention to every detail. I really think you should hire them. The staff is very friendly and knows a lot about the place. In addition, the price of the service is fair.
I had a great experience with this moving company. They packed all 15 of my belongings securely and made sure my appliances were handled carefully. They helped me with setting up my bed and other furniture in the new place.
Moving was usually so stressful, but these folks made it really easy! They were on time, packed up my whole apartment, and quickly got me to my new spot in NY. Definitely worth the money!
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
