The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
When the movers came, they greeted us well and started work, creating a very happy atmosphere between us. When they worked together, they completed packing in few hours and moved us to a new home. They were very cautious with my precious things as they wrapped them all up tightly with straps. After loading, they made sure everything was easy to get to, which shows how well-organized they are. Thank you for the great service.
Working with United Express Moving & Storage was a pleasure. Throughout the move, Andrew kept me updated on their progress and responded to every issue. They took great care of my antique furniture and musical equipment and handled them securely. They helped me out with some minor repairs and modifications to my new house as well. I thought they might charge me extra, but no way. They were very humble while leaving, so I tipped all of them.
I have only good things to say about my experience with this company. I was really grateful to a friend for recommending United Express Moving & Storage because I was short on time and no other moving company could accommodate my request. During my experience here, there were no issues between booking and delivery - much to my surprise. Plus, my moving coordinator, Andrew, was superb and handled the move's execution professionally. I received all of my belongings in fantastic condition. I cannot thank them enough!
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
This team worked with absolute precision. They labeled boxes by contents, wrapped each piece of furniture, and loaded everything with great care. Max’s team was meticulous with everything, down to the last box. Definitely a five-star moving service!
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

Despite my call coming just three days before the move, they managed to schedule me in. On the moving day, they showed up early with all the necessary packing supplies. They were quick but didn’t rush the job, making sure everything was packed securely. I was amazed at how they managed to fit all my belongings neatly in the truck. United Express Moving & Storage really saved the day for me.
