In a word, Michael was FANTASTIC - so kind and helpful to deal with! My questions were handled quickly and fully. Thanks to the help, I didn't have to worry as much as I otherwise would have during this move. Through it all, I had a sense of being fully aware and in command of the situation. We appreciate you!!
Two days before my move, and they are calling me to raise the price from $2200 to $4365. And they are demanding Zell or Wire Transfer only.
The remarkable expertise of Andrew and Brandon was evident during our transition from urban to rural areas. Their service maintains a high level of quality while still providing reasonable rates. I heartily recommend using their services!
I was concerned that my expensive equipment would be damaged. However, everything arrived flawlessly, thanks to the movers' extra attention to properly wrapping each item. They were really skilled and enthusiastic about their work.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
The movers made the moving process considerably easier than I had imagined. They showed up promptly and got to work. Moving went smoothly, which was a huge relief, and the attention to detail with which they wrapped all of my fragile belongings astounded me.
Terrible moving company, they tried to double the price after we signed the contract. Kept changing the moving date. And once they finally came over to pick up our stuff they had a small truck already half full and our pretty big storage was filled to the brim. The guys didn’t speak English or Spanish so we couldn’t communicate with them but after paying them $500 more dollars they left without taking our stuff. Just pick a different company or do it yourself.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
