Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I’ve never seen a more cheerful bunch of movers. They arrived with upbeat attitudes, joking around but still getting the work done. Their positivity took the edge off my stress. I had a fragile glass coffee table and some porcelain figurines, and they gently packed those items with layers of foam. They also dismantled my bed frame and labeled each piece so there’d be no confusion during reassembly. The entire day went by in a flash, and it almost felt fun. Kudos to them for making moving an enjoyable experience.
If you have to relocate, you should employ these men. Beyond my wildest dreams, they sped up and simplified the moving procedure making it so smooth.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
Downsizing after 20 years at the same place was tough. But the movers took so good care of everything I had – it made saying goodbye so much easier. Even my grandmother’s china set which I was most worried about, arrived in tact. They were very polite, kind and unbelievably professional.
We’d postponed our move multiple times due to renovations, and this company was super flexible with rescheduling. They never charged us extra fees for shifting dates. When the day finally came, they arrived on time, got a quick rundown of our furniture and boxes, and sprang into action. I was impressed by their adaptability and how they rolled with our changing timelines. They turned what could have been a scheduling nightmare into a relaxed experience. Everything arrived in one piece, and we were glad we chose them.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
