Brilliant, reliable, and friendly

The crew was polite!!!

I had a last-minute move from a short-term rental into my partner’s apartment. I barely had time to organize, but United Express Moving & Storage helped me pack the loose stuff and made sure the rest was safely loaded. They brought extra tape and wraps, which saved me a trip to the store. The day went better than I could’ve hoped. I didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed at all.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! 0 STARS

This moving company is nothing but a scam and a nightmare to deal with. When they arrived to pick up my items, they suddenly demanded more money than the agreed price before even loading the truck. They held my move hostage unless I paid up. Weeks went by before they delivered my things, and when they finally did, several items were missing and my furniture was damaged beyond repair. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and have zero respect for their customers or their property. This is not a moving service — it’s legalized theft. Avoid this company at all costs.

Great value! Headache free!

I needed to move my things into storage for a few months while waiting for my new lease to start. I was nervous about how fragile stuff would hold up, but the movers packed everything so carefully and stacked things in the unit to make the most of the space. Nothing shifted, fell, or cracked. When I finally unpacked, it was like it had just been moved yesterday. Super glad I chose them.

Trust me this company is terrible !!

The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.

Terrible Service.

Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

Awesome!

I had some pretty heavy fitness equipment to move from my garage into a new space across town. Andrew took the time to disassemble the pieces safely, wrap everything in blankets, and reassemble it at the new location exactly how I had it set up before. I expected that part of the move to be a nightmare, but they made it look easy. It was a huge help.
