Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
I downsized from a house to a condo and didn't realize how much stuff I had until it was time to move. The movers were calm and just kept chipping away at it, even when the elevator at the new building slowed everything down. They were patient with me changing my mind about where things should go, which I really appreciated.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
I recently moved out of a shared house and into a studio. Most of my things were crammed into one bedroom, including a huge bookshelf I couldn't lift alone. United Express Moving & Storage made the whole thing look easy. They took the time to wrap the furniture well, didn't scratch the narrow hallway, and helped position it right where I wanted it. Everything was done with care.
I had to move out of my apartment fast after a plumbing issue and barely had time to pack. The movers showed up and immediately offered to help wrap furniture and box up some items I hadn't gotten to yet. They made the entire process way less overwhelming. I was expecting chaos, but they kept things moving calmly and efficiently until the last item.
I was helping my brother move into his first place, and we only had a few pieces of furniture, but still needed a reliable team. The movers didn’t treat it like a small job. They wrapped the couch and desk, secured everything properly, and got us unloaded fast. There was nothing damaged, and they were friendly throughout. Great experience all around.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
