Our move included 40 boxes, 2 sofas, and a dining table. The truck was packed tight, and everything stayed in place during the drive. The movers worked steady for 5 hours. Great value for the money.
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
I had some antique chairs from my grandparents that I was nervous about moving. Andrew wrapped them carefully and double-checked with me before loading. They arrived exactly the same way they left my house.
The moving day was hot—over 90 degrees. My stuff included 28 boxes, a couch, and a fridge. The movers worked through the heat. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs hard workers that don’t quit.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
The movers arrived early, got right to work, and didn't slow down until everything was done. I couldn't believe how much energy they had. Every piece of furniture arrived spotless. Really thankful for the effort they put in.

I moved out of a shared apartment and into a studio in another city. The elevator at my old place broke down the night before, and I was panicking, but the movers didn’t even flinch. They carried everything down calmly and never complained. I was honestly shocked by how easy they made a bad situation seem. I’ll remember that more than anything else about the move.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
