Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
We used United Express Moving & Storage when we moved our restaurant kitchen to a bigger space. Carl and his team wrapped every appliance and carried them with care. They didn’t mind working late to get it done. Every piece worked fine after setup.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
They helped relocate our small warehouse stock to a new rental space. The workers stayed focused the entire day and handled every item properly. They didn’t waste time standing around or waiting for instructions. Each step was handled calmly and professionally. The delivery arrived exactly when promised, and unloading was done in perfect order.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
My office relocation took longer than expected, but the movers stayed professional. They kept things steady, managed each section carefully, and made sure all the computers were safely placed.
It was my first move alone, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The workers made the whole process less confusing by explaining each step. They handled my boxes with patience and moved through the rooms efficiently. The delivery reached the right location with no damage. I appreciated their effort and timing.
