Happy to Hire them

Before I booked the move, I had seen their name mentioned online in a group. I wasn’t expecting much, but I ended up being glad I gave them a shot. The team didn’t overcomplicate anything. I told them what needed to be moved, and they just got to it. There were no delays and no issues about the items I added at the last minute. Each thing arrived in one trip, which saved me time.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

The whole experience was so pleasant

This move included a mix of awkward and heavy items. Before lifting, the crew stopped to look things over and adjust their approach. I appreciated being asked a few simple questions before they started. They worked as a team and avoided getting in each other’s way. The process stayed clear and easy to follow. I spent most of the time waiting nearby while the work continued.

Terrible Service.

Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

They are perfect

I had to get my stuff out of a warehouse unit that was way across state. There were at least fifty boxes plus a mountain of old camping gear and a bike. The movers used a big rolling cart to move them to the loading dock quickly. They stacked the boxes in the van so nothing would fall over while they were driving. They offloaded them in my new space and even helped me line up the heavy bins against the wall.

HORRIBLE.

I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.

would suggest them without any hesitation

We were quite behind on our packing, but the team stepped in and helped us finish everything up. They loaded the truck quickly and made sure the fragile items were placed on top of the heavier boxes. I liked how they checked in with me before they left to make sure they hadn't missed anything in the backyard. Person name was a true professional and kept the whole process moving along nicely.

Trust me this company is terrible !!

The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.

United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

We needed the entire floor cleared over the weekend. I thought it would stretch into Monday, but they finished the move on Sunday night. I didn’t expect it to be this smooth on such short notice.
