United Express Moving & Storage

United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

Brilliant, reliable, and friendly

I had about 2 hours to get everything out, and that timing was stressing me out. United Express Moving & Storage worked within that limit and helped me meet the deadline without rushing things carelessly.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

My hats off to you!

I had to move some larger, more awkward items that I knew would be a challenge. The movers worked around it without much trouble, and the things won’t get damaged along the way. They were careful with all the big stuff and got everything set up without needing constant instructions. They made sure the truck was packed properly and finished without delay.

Royal Treatment.

I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!

Terrible Service.

Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

We were grateful to have him in charge of our move.

Definitely book these people for your next relocation. Every person worked together to help with my transition last week. That team handled the entire task with a lot of skill, and I am satisfied.

They are cheap and highly suggested.

I highly recommend them. I had a tight hallway and was worried about the walls getting scratched, but they moved everything carefully without bumping into anything. Choosing United Express Moving & Storage felt like the right decision once I saw how they handled those small details.

The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.

Problem Solver

I had to shift from one rental to another on short notice. They wrapped all the things and loaded them on the truck without any damage to anything.
