Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
Phil and his crew made what is usually a very difficult process appear effortless. Gentlemen, they are endearing, generous, and polite.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
The team arrived on time and swiftly handled everything. Upon reaching our new place, they unpacked some items and placed them in their designated spots. They completed the entire process in few hours, showcasing amazing efficiency. Extremely friendly and efficient—I'm recommending them to everyone!
My move to my 2-bedroom flat in VA was managed really well. The team had amazing work ethic and they worked non-stop, despite the freezing weather. Thanks to their commitment, it wrapped up within the estimated time. I will hire them whenever I move again in the future!

I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
They have our highest recommendation. We hired them after reading good reviews on their website and the experience turned out to be worth it. From packing to delivery, they handled it all better than our expectations. There wasn’t a scratch on our things when we got them. We couldn’t have asked for anything else!
