My experience was far from satisfactory. The coordination was weak, updates were limited, and the entire process took much longer than promised. I expected better.
Relocating was much less of a hassle with this team. They showed up early and moved my large wooden chest and all the floor lamps I have. The move team was honest and worked hard the whole time. They managed to fit my items into the truck, and nothing got damaged during the trip across town. I am glad I picked this company for the job.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
Go with this company if you have a lot of stairs! I moved from a basement unit to a townhouse with 3 floors. The guys carried my sectional sofa and a heavy queen mattress up two flights of winding stairs. They never slowed down or complained once. They even offered to move a few heavy boxes of kitchen gear to the top floor for me. I was impressed by their stamina and how they managed the tight corners.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
My bed frame did not fit up the stairs, and I was ready to just leave it in the lobby. Timothy took it apart in about ten minutes and put it back together in my bedroom. I did not even have to find my tools. Fast, Friendly, and Fantastic!
