Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
Andrew and the moving crew recently took some of the furniture in my office to a storage unit. Because I asked them to keep them for a month, they carefully double-pack each thing. After 25 days, they delivered me and trust me, nothing was damaged.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
I'm happy with how United Express Moving & Storage treated me. I had the easiest time possible the whole time. The movers did a great job and moved quickly. I think United Express Moving & Storage is the best choice for moving. Thank you again very much.
Moving from the suburbs to the city was a breeze with these guys. They showed up right on time and were really organized. They wrapped all my furniture with care and made sure everything was securely loaded onto the truck. They were friendly and efficient, handling everything with a smile. When we arrived at my new place, they unloaded and set everything up exactly how I wanted. Great job!
What a smooth move! Andrew was punctual, friendly, and efficient. Carl carefully packed all my belongings, including some delicate items like my collection of vintage dolls. Andrew made sure everything was secure and handled with care. They helped me rearrange my living room furniture when I couldn’t decide on the layout. Their attention to detail was outstanding!
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
