Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Shrink wrap kept my furniture from getting scratched, and carpeting kept the dirt off the floor. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was pleased with the services they offered and recommended others about them. In my opinion, they are the best choice for both home and office moves.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Couldn’t be happier about how my experience turned out with United Express Moving & Storage. From booking to delivery, each staff member as well as the movers were readily available to assist me. My possessions were delivered in top-notch condition and the crew also kept me updated along the way. I will absolutely hire them again!
Easily the most relaxing experience I’ve had! From the crew’s timely arrival on moving day to the move wrapping up on schedule, I couldn’t have asked for anything else. Wouldn’t think twice about hiring their movers again!
I hired their movers for an urgent pickup and delivery and their staff accommodated me happily. The crew picked up my furniture from a storage unit in FL and delivered it safely within few hours. I absolutely loved the quick service!
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
