Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Using United Express Moving & Storage, I had my new safe transported. They were kind, careful, inexpensive, and courteous. They were first-rate movers. In order to get the job done well, they went above and above. Much obliged.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
We were pleasantly surprised by how well United Express Moving & Storage handled our project. The guys were absolutely amazing; they blew our expectations out of the water!
The movers handled our 3-bedroom move effortlessly. They helped dismantle our heavy, custom-made bed, reassembled it perfectly in our new home, and even made sure it was sturdier than before. We appreciated their assistance immensely!
I was transferring to another city for work and had just 2 weeks to pack up my life. United Express Moving & Storage movers handled the long-distance move flawlessly. From packing day to delivery, they were in constant communication, updating me on the status of my belongings. Everything arrived without a scratch, and they even unpacked some key boxes for me so I could settle in faster. Brilliant service!
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
