delightful experience
I had to move across the country for a new job, and Phil made it so much easier. Phil provided a detailed estimate that included everything, even the things I hadn’t considered. Andrew coordinated the entire schedule and kept me updated on the crew’s progress. The movers were amazing—they packed everything carefully and made sure my belongings were secure for the long trip. Phil kept in touch throughout the move, making sure everything was on track, and Andrew followed up once I arrived to check if everything was in order. Moving across the country is a big deal, but Phil and Andrew made it manageable.

Terrible Service.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

HORRIBLE.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.

Trustworthy Movers
After a bad experience with a different moving company, I was nervous, but this company definitely turned things around for me. They double packed my belongings, labeled all the boxes clearly, and delivered my things within the quoted time. I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again!

United Express Moving & Storage
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

Faultless service!
Together, Andrew and his two helpers accomplished extraordinary things. After being ripped off by brokerage movers, I found these guys to be an excellent alternative who provided me a great deal on moving all my belongings from the old storage facility to the new one. I will pay to have my belongings removed from storage as soon as I have a firm destination in mind. It's comforting to know that if and when I need help, a trustworthy, family-owned business will be standing by to provide it.

very smoothly and tension-free
I had a small office with file cabinets and lots of paperwork, and they recommended special lockable crates. They placed my files in these plastic bins with zip ties, so nothing could spill or get mixed up. When I unpacked, everything was in perfect order. I’ve already recommended them to my colleagues who also need to move sensitive documents.

Royal Treatment.
I had items that were delicate and I didn't want to move them, but this team took extra care with them. They took special care with the padding, treated it in the most delicate way, and made sure it all made it home. Excellent service!
