I had a storage unit that needed to be emptied and combined with items from my apartment for a move into a new home. I was worried something would get left behind, but the movers had a list, double-checked everything with me, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Super organized!
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
I’m pretty sure all the other reviews are fake. This has been the absolute worst experience. They told me everything i wanted to hear to get my money then all hell broke loose - I was told if my belongings were picked up by a certain date - it would be delivered by a certain date…however once the date passed it’s “the contract says 30 days” 30 DAYS TO DRIVE 800 miles is crazy! please avoid this money hungry business. They also don’t tell you - you are only paying for sq ft of a truck and not entire truck so you “$1200-1700” rate will go up to $3k! HATE THIS COMPANY SO BAD
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
Moving across the city with lots of bulky furniture seemed overwhelming, but the movers from United Express Moving & Storage made it look easy. They worked methodically and checked in with me often to ensure I was comfortable with the pace. Everything arrived safely and on time. Kudos to them!

They packed my apartment in just a few hours, took care of all the heavy lifting, and even arranged my boxes in a way that made unpacking much easier. I was able to focus on starting my new job without worrying about the move. I am very thankful!
This moving company is incredible! The group was so friendly, we were essentially hanging out with family, while getting the work done. They packed systematically and not wasting a minute. My fragile guitar collection had been my greatest concern but they had special cases and extra padding to ensure everything was secure. I couldn’t even find one thing to find fault with. Bravo to the whole team!
