Moving company in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
I was worried that my enormous sectional would not fit in my new apartment, yet they carried it with ease. As they worked, it was as if a puzzle piece was fitting together.
The move had several avoidable problems from beginning to end. There was a late arrival, unclear communication, and the work took considerably longer than expected. I spent much of the day trying to keep everything on track. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I've never had an easier relocation than the one I did with this company. Throughout the estimate and booking process, Brandon did a fantastic job of explaining everything to me. Phil and his crew were friendly, punctual, careful, and approachable on the day of the move. They handled my belongings with great care. I will hire this company if I ever move again, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you for making a difficult task so much easier!
After a divorce, I needed a quick yet careful move. The empathetic movers understood my emotional state without intruding on it. They arrived on time, followed instructions, and carefully wrapped my items. When I asked them to wrap and store my photo frames and souvenirs separately, they exceeded my expectations. With the smooth move, I felt hopeful about my new beginning. During this challenging adjustment, their team offered practical help and comfort.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
In order to move from my townhouse to a nearby area, I engaged their services. My plants were not only moved with their help, but they also finished the job ahead of schedule. What really drew our focus were the minute particulars.
Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
The crew worked hard and kept a positive attitude throughout the move. They protected the furniture, handled the boxes carefully, and stayed organized during unloading. Overall, the relocation went smoothly.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United Express Moving & Storage holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
