The movers arrived early, got right to work, and didn't slow down until everything was done. I couldn't believe how much energy they had. Every piece of furniture arrived spotless. Really thankful for the effort they put in.
Our animal clinic needed equipment moved—exam tables, shelves of supplies, and a refrigerator with medicine. United Express Moving & Storage packed carefully, loaded quickly, and unpacked without a single issue. Monday morning, we opened like nothing had happened.
Our move included 40 boxes, 2 sofas, and a dining table. The truck was packed tight, and everything stayed in place during the drive. The movers worked steady for 5 hours. Great value for the money.
I had thought that I would have at least one broken piece after I moved, but thankfully everything made it to me in good condition. I had lots of friends recommend United Express Moving And Storage movers to me, and I can see why. They wrapped up my glass dining table and I was amazed that nothing happened to it during the journey. They were careful with my delicate objects and checked to make sure everything was in order before they set off.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!
I moved out of my apartment and into a small house across the state with my partner. We had random furniture, old electronics, and boxes of stuff we forgot we owned. The movers never rushed us, even though it was clear we weren’t fully ready. They were calm, helpful, and made the day way easier than I thought it would be.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
The moving day was hot—over 90 degrees. My stuff included 28 boxes, a couch, and a fridge. The movers worked through the heat. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs hard workers that don’t quit.
The movers arrived well after the scheduled time, and there was very little communication beforehand. This caused a major delay in my plans for the day. The loading itself was also quite slow. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
