Moving day was handled very efficiently by the team. They protected the larger pieces before moving them and took care with smaller belongings. Their organized approach made settling in easier.
United Express Moving & Storage gave very deceptive cost quotes throughout the process. Their final cost was 40% higher (final $2,500 vs original $1,500) than the original estimate while the number of items actually moved only had 2 additional items vs the original estimate. Both the sales rep (who provided the initial estimate) and the Quality Control person (who finalized items to be moved), made huge misrepresentations and extremely underestimated the cubic footage and cost. And they do NOT offer any compromise, such as reducing my final cost, even a token amount. And they hold your furniture hostage until you pay in full. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER FOR ANY MOVES!!!

United Express Moving & Storage is the only group I’d trust with my antique collection. They treated my fragile items as if they were their own valuables. The entire output of the staff was top-tier from start to finish.
Very disappointing experience with this moving company. The staff was unprofessional and the service was not satisfactory. Communication and organization could have been much better. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
This was my first time hiring movers, so I didn't know what to expect. The guy on the phone, person name, walked me through everything and answered all my questions. The crew was just as helpful in person. They made a scary process easy for a newbie like me. I am super satisfied.
I wouldn't recommend this company. The movers showed up without enough equipment, struggled to move basic furniture, and wasted time figuring things out. The final bill was much higher because the job took far longer than it should have.
I want to say thank you to Carl. He had a great plan and checked on us the whole time. Because of him, our move was not stressful at all.
The move started off okay, but it quickly became obvious the crew lacked experience. They bumped walls, scratched my dining table, and worked so slowly that I had to help move boxes myself.
These guys are the best at what they do. They took the time to understand what I needed and followed through on every detail. I am very pleased with the level of service provided.
