Moving company in Boca Raton, FL
I recently had the pleasure of using United Choice Movers of America for my residential move, and I must say that the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism, efficiency, and overall quality of service provided by this moving company.
I just want to thank you united choice movers for helping with my move! You helped turn a stressful event into a calm peaceful transition. Your movers Jeremy and Tony surprised me with their quick yet careful attention to detail. Both these men took the time with my precious belongings. Treating them as if they were their own. I am truly grateful for your team!
From the initial consultation to the final delivery, United Choice Movers exceeded my expectations in every aspect. They were reliable, efficient, and a pleasure to walk with.
EXCELLENT customer service and professionalism! My move was seamless, easy, and timely. I did not have to lift or move a thing!! Wow!
I had a fantastic experience with United Choice Movers LLC. They arrived on time, packed my belongings meticulously, and delivered them safely to my new home. Affordable rates and proactive communication.
Never hire this company don't take everything even know it's on the moving invoice. Always changed more money. Broken stuff wouldn't even deliver to house. Dropped off at the end of driveway. Never never never hire. And good luck if u do.
From the moment I reached out to United Choice Movers for a quote, their customer service was exceptional. They were prompt in their responses, attentive to my specific needs, and provided a detailed estimate that was both fair and transparent. The booking process was straightforward and hassle-free, and the staff made sure to answer all my questions, putting my mind at ease.
During transit, I received regular updates regarding the progress of the move, which helped me stay informed and alleviate any concerns I had. Once they arrived at my new location, the team worked diligently to unload and place each item exactly where I wanted it. They even took the time to assemble furniture and ensured that everything was in proper working order before leaving.
I should of known better like the old saying "too good to be true". They quoted me a price $2K cheaper than the cheapest price I had. My house deal fail through and I emailed the billing department and text this guy Vinny the very next day for my $1000 deposit and got no response. I found out they are just brokers and they make money keeping the deposits from customers that cancel or when the actual moving companies charge more than agreed. I never seen a company so many negative reviews and BBB complaints, I should of checked them out first. Don't make the same mistake that I did!
DON’T USE! SCAM SCAM SCAM! I really don’t want to even give them a rating as they were awful. They ended up putting us with another moving company that turned out to be a “BIG” joke. When my fiancé or I would call to speak to management to discuss how we were not satisfied we got the run around. I spoke with a so called someone a couple of days before movers weee supposed to be there to give them a list of everything we needed moved and was told no problem and quoted a price. Then the movers showed up and took maybe a 1/4 of our household belongings leaving us stuck with trying to figure out what to do with the rest. We ended up having to hire a car shipping company and a uhaul (the biggest one available) to move the remainder of our belongings from Texas to Washington. What seemed like a great deal turned into a nightmare! If you use this company, good luck! It was definitely a lesson learned!!!!
